FAQ

Who is eligible?
All UK mainland stockists that have placed an order in the past 12 months can request a free recycling box for their business. For new accounts, recycling boxes are free with your starter set.

What frames can be recycled?
Any! We can recycle both glasses and sunglasses of any condition and any brand. However, we do not accept loose lenses.

How many frames can I send to you?
We are able to accept up to 10kg of frames per practice, every 6 months.

Can you recycle cases?
Unfortunately not, we cannot recycle cases. The majority of cases in production are mass produced using non-recyclable material. This is why we created our Zero Waste Case.

What happens to the old frames?
We are working with charities, universities and recycling hubs to reuse, recycle or transform old frames.
